It was a true pleasure to work with Kim as our agent for the purchase of our new home. We had a specific idea of where we wanted to live and the kind of home we imagined ourselves living in. She took the time to listen to our needs and created a property portal that she clearly had put thought into, rather than just automate the process through Centris. Selling my parents home in a short window of time seemed like a daunting task, but Jamie Rooney made the experience as seamless as it could possibly be. A common phrase is that "Buying a House is the Biggest Financial and Emotional Investment in a Persons Lifetime". Much the same can in fact be said about selling your house, be that for down-sizing or other reasons. We decided to sell our house back in 2023 and contacted Scott at the Broady Windsor Group. Scott gave us multiple pointers including a reasonable target price, what needed to be renovated/improved along with extensive contacts for contractors and continuous support throughout the process. It all culminated this summer with home staging, photos and advertisement, i.e., putting our house on the market. Throughout the two years, the Broady Windsor Group have been both exemplary and professional in their conduct so I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone embarking on this endeavour.

Scott is your man, if you want a fast, smooth, and worry-free transaction. He is smart, professional, full of energy like a professional athlete (which he actually used to be), and THE most efficient Quebecois I have ever met (and I lived 19 years in Quebec before moving away). He and his team are especially good at targeting the newer generation of buyers via social media etc., and they will make professional-grade youtube video of your home at no extra cost! As a clear evidence of how well these all work, the team sold my house in 5 days with multiple offers, at higher-than-asking price! Melissa was wonderful. She was available to us at all times, was attentative to details about our listing. Her strategy was honest and as a result we sold in 6 days. She exposed our home to numerous platforms and was very intouch with the current market.
